CỔNG NGƯỜI KHUYẾT TẬT với tên "Chuyên trang dành cho Người khuyết tật" là một Cổng điện tử thuộc hệ thống Cổng Phát triển Việt Nam (VnDG – thành viên của Cổng phát triển toàn cầu) được xây dựng với mục đích quy tụ, liên kết và cung cấp những thông tin, sản phẩm dịch vụ thiết thực, hữu ích cho người khuyết tật (NKT) và các cá nhân, tổ chức quan tâm đến NKT. Ý nghĩa : Giúp NKT tự vươn lên xoá bỏ mặc cảm và hoà nhập cộng đồng. Thông qua việc cung cấp thông tin, nâng cao nhận thức của toàn xã hội về NKT và vấn đề khuyết tật, hướng tới một xã hội không rào cản và vì quyền của NKT. Nội dung : cung cấp cho NKT và mọi cá nhân, tổ chức quan tâm đến NKT các thông tin đa dạng, phong phú, như: tin tức, giáo dục đào tạo, các Tổ chức của NKT, gương sáng NKT, "NKT cần – doanh nghiệp có", việc làm, giải trí, hỏi đáp, diễn đàn... Tin tức : Cung cấp cho NKT không chỉ những thông tin liên quan đến NKT mà cả những thông tin thời sự nổi bật trong nước và quốc tế. Việc làm : Cung cấp danh sách những cá nhân tổ chức có nhu cầu lao động là NKT, cũng như NKT có nhu cầu việc làm. Hỗ trợ NKT những kinh nghiệm trong quá trình tìm việc làm, chuyển tải yêu cầu tìm việc, thuyết phục các nhà tuyển dụng… Gương sáng NKT : nêu những tấm gương sáng tiêu biểu của NKT vươn lên trong cuộc sống. "NKT cần – doanh nghiệp có" : là môi trường giúp NKT chuyển các yêu cầu cần đáp ứng lên cổng và tìm được các khả năng đáp ứng phù hợp; giúp các cá nhân, đơn vị, doanh nghiệp chuyển thông tin giới thiệu dịch vụ, sản phẩm đáp ứng tới NKT. Giải trí : với các mục văn hoá, thể thao, du lịch tạo không gian thêm yêu cuộc sống cho NKT; giúp NKT tìm được các địa chỉ có đủ điều kiện thuận lợi phù hợp khi muốn du lịch… Các hoạt động hỗ trợ NKT: Xây dựng và triển khai mô hình cung cấp thông tin hai chiều cho NKT giúp họ có được thông tin như mong muốn một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả. - Với Cổng đào tạo trực tuyến VnDG Campus 21, tổ chức các khoá đào tạo, tập huấn cho NKT sẽ là các Trainer để họ sẽ đào tạo lại cho NKT khác. - Tìm kiếm, kêu gọi tài trợ cho các hoạt động vì NKT - Tổ chức các buổi hội thảo, toạ đàm, các hoạt động liên quan - Cung cấp các dịch vụ trên cổng như: Newsletter, tư vấn, hỗ trợ việc làm, quảng cáo…. It is created with the aim of gathering, connecting and providing pratical, useful information, products and services to people with disability (PWD) and individuals, organizations concerned with PWD. Meaning : To assist the PWD in their struggle to rise above their condition, their personal complexes and integrate with the community. To develop a new social consciousness on the disability issues through access to related information, leading to a society of non-obstacles for the enhancement of the PWD’s rights. Content : To supply up to date information including current news, training and education, contact references of PWD organizations, examples of outstanding PWD, a special column ” “Whatever the PWD needs, the business will satisfy”, job opportunities, entertainment information, FAQ, forum etc... to PWD and individuals, organisations concerned with PWD News : To provide PWD with information relating to PWD and also current domestic and international news. Jobs: To build a list of individuals, organisations, that have vacancies for PWD and a list of PWD looking for job. To provide guidance and advice during the job search. , To forward need for employment to potential employers, and to convince recruiters to consider PWD for employment... Outstanding PWD: To carry online cases of outstanding PWD, their real life experience and achievements. “Whatever the PWD needs, the business will satisfy” : is an environment helping PWD post their requests onto the portal and look for suitable jobs matching their ability; Also helping individuals, organizations, businesses introduce their services and products meeting PWD’s demand. Entertainment : with columns such as culture, sports, traveling, the PWD portal aims to create a lively atmosphere for PWD, helping PWD find appropriate destinations for entertainment and travel Activities in support of PWD: To implement a two way information delivery model for providing information rapidly and effectively to the PWD. - With the online training program – VnDG Campus 21, PWD portal will organize training courses for PWD trainers who will train other PWD. - To locate funding sources, conduct fund raising activities in support of PWD - To organize conferences, seminars, discussions and related activities - To supply online services including Newsletter, consulting, jobs facilitation, advertisement...
