Co Le Pagoda

Co Le pagoda, Quang tu in Chinese characters is in Co Le town, Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province, about 100 km from Hanoi. The pagoda, a well.known Buddhist cultural architecture, was built in the 12th century under the dynasty of King Ly Than Ton and classified to be National Cultural Heritage by the State.

Van Mieu - the Temple of Literature

The Temple of Literature was the first university in Vietnam and for centuries the prinicple center of learning. Parts of the Temple date from 1070. Over the years, parts of the Temple have been destroyed and parts have been added. What remains is spectacular. The longevity of the structure is even more astounding when you consider that the hot, humid climate of Vietnam isn't really suited to preservation. The Temple of Literature is still actively used as a place of worship, with many altars of burning incense and statues of the Buddha.

Historical relics Bach Dang

Ha Long bay of Quang Ninh province is twice stated to be Natural Heritage by UNESCO, there are nearly 500 more relics of culture and history, 28 of them were classified: Yen T u complex, Cua Ong, Tra Co", Quan Lan temples... and the Bach Dang relics.

Co Loa Citadel
