Tiger shrimp fry are appearing in a large number in Song Cau district, Phu Yen province in the central coastal region.

People in the area have caught about one million fry in the last ten days. Each tiger shrimp fry is selling for about VND 40,000 and VND 120,000. Many households in the region are making a lot of money catching fry for sale. However, despite the number of fry caught, demand for fry is still outplaying supply.
